Wellhouse Housing Association are delighted to announce that following a comprehensive tender process, we have awarded MCN (Scotland) Limited with our Kitchen & Bathroom renewal contract which will be in place over the next 3 years.

MCN have confirmed kitchen surveys will begin on Monday 22nd November 2018. All tenants will be lettered in advance of any surveys taking place. Year one of our program will be completed by 31st March 2019, all details of our program are available on our website.
