- We will answer all incoming calls within 10 rings.
- We’ll respond to your letters, faxes, emails, and social media enquiries within 5 working days.
- We’ll respond to your telephone enquiries the same day as they’re received.
- If for any reason this isn’t possible and we need more time to investigate, we’ll let you know within that time period.
- If you want a face to face appointment, a time and date will be offered. We aim to see you within 1 week of enquiry or explain why if we cannot.
- We will communicate with you in a professional manner at all times.
- Staff will provide their contact details on all correspondence issued by letter and email.
- Staff have voicemail and you may leave a message.
