We use fully approved contractors to carry out all repairs and we continuously monitor them to ensure a prompt, high quality and value for money service. A tenant satisfaction survey is carried out by an external agency – Tenant Participation Advisory Services (TPAS) on a quarterly basis. We aim to pre & post inspect 10% of all completed repairs, which helps us monitor your satisfaction with the service and continue to make improvements wherever possible.
